A Murderous Supreme Court Decision

Today is the 40th anniversary of Roe V. Wade’s SCOTUS decision to decriminalize abortion. We have murdered 55,772,015+. Source

Genesis 4:9 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?”

“I don’t know,” he replied. “Am I my brother’s keeper?”

10 The Lord said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground.

Whenever there is a murder of innocent life the Lord knows because its blood cries out to Him. We, as a nation, are about to be judged for the sin of murdering the most innocent of God’s created lives. We have enemies within our borders under the guise of multiculturalism and amnesty and open borders, tools ready for use at God’s discretion for our destruction. We have a death culture amid a godless society. Life is not at all precious to our POTUS. As the father, so goes the child. Unless we, as a nation, repent of this atrocity we shall not see God’s promise of judgement relented.

The wrath of God is measured in proportion to the sin that provokes it. The  wrath of God is a demonstration of his holiness, his sinlessness, his intense  hatred for all things evil. We, too, should hate sin as God hates sin. As it is  a stench in his nostrils so should it be in ours. As it breaks his heart and  stirs his anger so should it also break our hearts and stir our anger.

In this post-modern age it’s just not cool to speak of God’s wrath. It is the  one attribute of God that we seem to be ashamed of. We cover our lips and  whisper of his wrath as if it is a character flaw. We act like the children of a  father with a gambling problem or a father who spends his weekends tipping the  bottle and ignoring his family. The truth is that the wrath of God affirms his  holiness. He would not be holy if he was incapable of love, nor would he be holy  if he failed to demonstrate his hatred for all that is sinful and unholy.

thHere’s the thing. Abortion was always legal in our country since its beginning in the case of rape, incest and the mother’s compromised health and well-being. The legalizing of abortion was due to making it a birth control option and that is all it was. There never were back alley abortions except for the cases of a shameful or unwanted pregnancy. But how could the SCOTUS and the American people be duped, er, convinced of the necessity for “legalized” abortions unless they were told of dirty back alley abortions that, at times, killed the mother? And then they brought in statistics that were magically produced out of someone’s inspiration! Consider this: abortion was illegal as a birth control method so those who practiced or helped aid a woman in her choice to abort would be a murderer including that woman. How many would readily help with creating such statistics knowing it could mean life in prison or the death penalty by their own admittance? America was duped in 1973 and nearly 56,000,000 unborn lives have paid the price for our hedonism.

Here are some Abortion Facts to consider today. It is a life being aborted (stopped). As a civilized nation its time we abort the atrocity of abortion. If we don’t, we will reap a horrible and overwhelming harvest from the shed blood we’ve sown into our nation’s ground. God will not be mocked. Payday is someday…

This Day in History (I am suspicious of this history because I have never heard this “history”before! My pre-1973 law book says otherwise as far as the legality of abortions before this day 40 years ago)

    1. What a wonderful post! Sad state of affairs, but wonderful to read the words of that song, America, the Beautiful. She did wear a pristine dress when she was God fearing…Thank you for sharing it, Wayne.

About twenty years ago I met a missionary from Africa-what nation escapes me right now-and he surprised me by telling our church that he was in America to evangelize. I also hear that young people these days are asking who the baby is supposed to be in the manger of nativity sets. Too many fathers and mothers have decided to keep from their children any semblance of religious training and education figuring that they will grow up to make their own decision as to what religion they want to follow. How lightly, if at all, religious training is thought of these days. Sowing the wind we are reaping the whirlwind and its only just begun.

  1. Killing Begets More Killing

FTA: In February 1994, Mother Teresa was the guest speaker at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington attended by President Clinton and the First Lady. She took the opportunity to speak about what she believed to be the greatest destroyer of peace in America – abortion:

“By abortion, the mother does not learn to love, but kills even her own child to solve her problems. And, by abortion, that father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. The father is likely to put other women into the same trouble. So abortion just leads to more abortion. Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching its people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want. This is why the greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion.

Many people are very, very concerned with the children of India, with the children of Africa where quite a few die of hunger, and so on. Many people are also concerned about all the violence in this great country of the United States. These concerns are very good. But often these same people are not concerned with the millions who are being killed by the deliberate decision of their own mothers. And this is what is the greatest destroyer of peace today – abortion which brings people to such blindness.”

FTA: “They first came for the most innocent among us, the unborn, and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a baby in the womb.”

Did you know that today in the U.S. 3,000 to 4,000 children will be killed in the womb; that in the next week 21,000 to 28,000 of our younger brothers and sisters will be dead from abortion; that this year alone 1.2 million will perish in the U.S.; that since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision over 54 million of the most innocent among us have been killed in and outside of the womb; that worldwide over 45 million babies are aborted every year; that within the African-American community, the rate of abortion is 3 to 4 times higher than in the rest of the population and that 36% of all abortions in the U.S. are of African-American babies, despite the fact that African-Americans only represent 13.6% of the population; that the leading cause of death in the U.S. is abortion, twice that of the next leading cause, which is heart disease?

  3. FTA: “Necessary Roughness” actor Mehcad Brooks and the pro-abortion Center for Reproductive Rights want America to celebrate the deaths of an estimated 56 million unborn lost to abortion since the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision 40 years ago. Their subsequent release of a video “Happy 40th Anniversary, Baby” this week has been branded as gauche, “skanky,” “sick” and “disgusting.”

Please see the macabre original video and compelling response video from Day Gardner which shows what the anti- aborts really mean to celebrate.

In the original video Brooks is dressed to kill, holding a rose, striking a cocktail glass and saying “Hey baby, did you think I forgot?”

With a background if sinister flames, he continues, “How could I ever forget our anniversary? All these years. So many people said we’d never make it. They’ve been trying to tear us apart. Take you away. Put limits on you. On me. On us.”

“But every time we’ve proven ourselves stronger. An anniversary like this is not something you forget.”

    1. How disgusting. Celebrating abortion and in this manner.

    1. FTA: The argument over when a baby becomes a baby is basically moot when it comes to the abortion issue because who could deny that a third-term, fully-formed fetus is not a baby? And yet, these babies are ripped from the womb and destroyed in the cruelest fashion.
