Mr. Obama has not provided a certified hard copy of his birth certificate despite repeated lawsuits, suggesting that he is not a United States citizen. A law enforcement investigation led by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona has revealed that the birth certificate submitted online by Mr.

FTA: Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were not the first Americans to be abandoned by their country for diplomatic reasons. They will not be the last.
