Chronicling the misdeeds, abuses of power, ruinous policies, and everyday stupidities of this, the most left-wing and consequently the most destructive administration in the 236 year history of the Republic, is a chore that would challenge the descriptive powers of old Will Shakespeare or Charlie Dickens, let alone us laptop wielding conservatives with microchips on our shoulders. Nonetheless, we soldier on in the search for the perfect metaphor, the perfect adjective, the perfectly telling phrase, hopeful that if only we can find the right one, our fellow citizens will look away from the antics of the latest American idol, will recoil at last from the never-ending squabbles of the desperate housewives of East Jipip, and begin to see what we have always seen.
